- From Stowe drive northwest on VT-108/Mountain Rd for about four miles. The statue will be on the left (south) side, in the front yard of a private home, just after you pass the Mt. Mansfield Winter Academy.

The Ski Trooper is still there, with some other statues in the parking lot.
[Cara, 04/26/2022]The statue was on the Spruce Peak side of Stowe Mountain Resort until approximately 2014 when they began some new development of the plaza where it stood. It was then moved to 3681 Mountain Road where it is now clearly visible from the road, along with a few other statues. It's in front of a building that used to be an inn, but I believe it is now a private residence.
