The Hay Bale Rest area is still there, and now has free wifi. Great photo opportunity if you're in the area.

Someone reported the Hay Bale Rest Stop was gone...It's still there. It's exactly 2 miles north of Carhenge on the right side of the road.

Since we were going to Carhenge, I thought it would be worth our while to hit the attraction just north of Carhenge. It's got a new feature -- "Free Wi-Fi" -- as reflected by the pipe sticking out of the hay bale behind the toilet.
