(Inside a city maintenance yard, so access may be restricted.) Roof of last building on left, on the southwest corner of St. Peterburg City Vehicle Motor Pool.

Impressively large scrap metal lizard welded from old chrome bumpers and other car parts. Its long tongue is pulling down a giant fly. The sculpture is on the roof of a maintenance building, visible from the highway.

It's a lizard made out of old city vehicles on top of the the maintenance building in the St. Peterburg City Vehicle Motor Pool. It has some license plates on it and a cool looking fly.
