Dundee, Kentucky - Goat Church

There is a goat used as a steeple on an old Methodist Church in Dundee, KY.

[Bennie Napier, 03/19/2004]

The Dundee Goat is a weather vane atop an 80-ft. spire on the local lodge hall -- his butt catches the breeze. Don adds: "It's a light metal alloy and only weighs a few pounds. It's been up there over 100 years atop the Masonic Hall. At one time the Methodists did meet on the first floor, with the Masons on the second. It now belongs to the town of Dundee, and was recently added to the National Registry."
