We're fairly certain the water tower is a Swedish coffee pot, not a tea pot. It's labeled "Volkommen till Lindstrom," though the calligraphy is a little hard to read.

Lindstrom was founded in the 1850s by Swedish settlers. The city's old water tower is in the shape of an appropriately decorated coffee pot.
