We were astounded to see a new Pep Boys store go up in Hackensack, NJ, and wondered if the town fathers could possibly allow such... ah, what do we call it?..... on the roof. Sure 'nuff, it opened WITHOUT the boys on the roof. "Can't be a REAL Pep Boys" says my hubby. On entering the store one day, what to my wondering eyes should appear, but the big fiberglass guys....
