Burlington, Vermont: World's Tallest File Cabinet

This is slowly falling to pieces. I was there this past weekend and also a year ago. This recent visit I got close and investigated it. Man to ummm, uhhh, Cabinet. It was put together through welding cabinets together, and I am no welding expert, but it seems to me that Mother Nature is eating through it. Not only that, but some of the cabinets are rusted through completely on the sides. Half the drawers are left half pulled out, possibly serving as a home to birds or other creatures. Handles are broken half or clean off some of the drawers.

I wish Burlington would replace it with a new super cabinet. Perhaps maybe even taller?
