Graber Olive Factory - Watch Olives Sorted Century-old family business in middle of now residential neighborhood still operates in the old ways. Great for history buffs.
[Michael Scott, 10/25/2011]In September, when the olives are ready to be put in brine, you can see employees hand-sort olives by size using something akin to pool cues. There's also a gift shop, and they will ship. The facility is open year 'round, though, and they have tours.
