Visitor Tips and News About Ronald Reagan Museum and Library
I've been to all 38 Presidents grave sites, 31 birthplaces, and numerous homes and libraries. Of all of them the Reagan Library in Simi Valley, CA is my favorite. The scenery is absolutely beautiful! It's no wonder why President Reagan picked it for the site of his Library.[Tim Bash, 03/28/2014]
Unfortunately, the Museum is undergoing major renovations right now so more than two-thirds of it is not viewable until February 2011. They charge full price ($12/person) for 1/3 of a museum. Then they won't let you take your own photos in the doorway of AF1. For $29.99, you can get a CD of your 'official photo' with a slide show of the plane, though. Disappointing. The grounds are gorgeous, however, and the memorial site is worth a stop. Wait until 2011 to visit the museum, though.[Sara Howe, 07/03/2010]
