The Jailhouse Restaurant is a "casual elegant" restaurant in a jail that was built in 1910 and used until 1996. Cells have been stripped of cots, sinks, and toilets and have tables inside. You can close the cell door on some of them. They did leave one cell as is that you can go in and pose for pictures and also have a height chart that you can stand in front for a mug shot.
