Cincinnati, Ohio - Cemetery Eyeballs that follow you The Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum is so peaceful and beautiful. I never really thought of visiting a cemetery, unless visiting a lost loved one, but this cemetery is something you have to visit. It consists of 733 acres and I have seen squirrels, ducks, deer, a fox, and a lot of other wildlife. Like all cemeteries, it also has its ghost stories. The bust of C. C. Breuer is said to contain his real eyeballs that will follow you as you drive by (located in lot 100). It is also the resting place of many famous people. James Norris Gamble of Proctor and Gamble is buried there. And there is a statue of John Chapman (Johnny Appleseed). I know it sounds weird, but you should really spend a day at this cemetery.
