Rooster Crow Contest

Last weekend in June, the folks in the Rogue Valley bring their roosters to town. The rooster who crows the most in a half hour period wins the booty! Nothing like it. Very funky and down home! For those who are without fowl, they have a rent-a-rooster booth.

[Jain Thompson, 07/28/2004]

Sadly, the rent-a-rooster booth is history, but the contest now has a secondary Human Crow Contest.
