One of the most beautiful and exquisite hotels I've ever stayed at. Such a great theme and so many wonderful people working here. Even better, right next to Forest Park. How can you not fall in love with everything here? Highly recommend a visit, at least.
[Bryan, 05/18/2022]Rooms are based on English writers and include a copy of the writer's most famous work (not to be taken). Hotel grounds and interior are lovely and staff is charming. Rooms are large and have ample charging outlets on tables and night stands.
[Cerri, 07/15/2015]We recently stayed at the Cheshire Lodge in St. Louis over the holidays. This hotel has been in St. Louis for decades and is truly a one-of-a-kind place, with an old English theme throughout. First of all, you have to drive on the left side of the road when entering the parking lot. What we found most interesting were the themed rooms. We stayed in the Treehouse in Sherwood Forest. The bed sits under a canopy of fake trees and you have to walk up a few steps to get to it. It was so different from any hotel I've ever stayed in.
