I saw this dude standing along the sidewalk while driving along the waterfront at Galveston. It is an advertisement for a place called "Beach Break" which deals in, you guessed it, anything to so with sun, sand, and surf. The "Shark-Man" is made of concrete and thus quite hurricane proof. A neat little oddity that stands about 12 feet tall.
