We stopped here on our way to Minnesota. The UFO is green now. We didn't see a Harley Davidson man like the previous tip says; maybe we missed it. We checked out the antique shop and it had some pretty cool things to see. Then we had some ice cream from the Twistee Treat. Huge portions. My daughter's banana split was nearly the size of my head!
[Amy Sorsoleil, 08/31/2012]We visited the Mall a month ago and the Harley-Davidson Muffler Man was there, but standing out in a field some distance away from the rest of the eye candy.
New attractions have been added to the Pink Elephant Antique Mall in Livingston Illinois. The Harley Davidson Muffler Man has arrived dressed in full Harley Gear! Also come and witness the most awesome attraction of all: an original Futuro Spaceship. The plans are to make it into a dining area for their Out of this World ICE CREAM. So many awesome attractions are located on this property it's hard to pick a favorite!

I asked the lady that was working at the ice cream shop selling ice cream where they got this building from. She said that the owner called the manufacturers in Florida asking to buy one. The manufacturers said they didn't make them anymore and that there were a number of them around the US, and one in Pennsylvania that was unwanted.
The owner drove to Pennsylvania and found this building in a ditch, with every type of animal living in it. The building comes apart into 17 pieces. The owner hauled the building from Pennsylvania to Illinois on a trailer through a snow storm. I don't know how much of this is true, but this is what I was told.
[Carol Saltsgaver, 09/18/2009]Twistee Treat is a Giant Ice Cream Cone building that sells the best ice cream around. Also on the property is a surf guy, that was in the movie Flatliners. There is a life-size Pink Elephant and 2 other elephants that appear to be coming out of the Antique Mall. Inside the Antique Mall there is an original Muffler Man.
