Chatty Belle definitely still talks if you put in a quarter! I was just there last week.
[Heather, 11/17/2021]Chatty Belle is chatty again. Put a quarter in the box and a female voice will tell you about the adjacent building, its World's Fair history, and its current uses. She no longer mentions her son Bullet. The woman in the gift shop said Bullet has grown up and "gone off to college."
