This attraction is still in operation, but the name was changed to Pensacola Museum of History after it was discovered that TT Wentworth was a high ranking member of the KKK. The oddities collection is partially intact. You can still see the shoe of [world's tallest man] Robert Wadlow. The petrified cat is partially obstructed by a special box to preserve its integrity, but the museum now has a 3D-printed version of the cat that you can get a better look at. The shrunken head is unaccounted for.
[Jacob Krejci, 01/21/2024]The Wentworth exhibit of oddities is in storage, I'm told. What you see is a first floor exhibit of Pensacola (yawn), a reconstruction of a Blue Angels bar on the 2nd, and a room of comic book illustrations on the 3rd. The oddities collection was likely removed since Wentworth was recently discovered to be in KKK. They are still shilling it on the internet though. Huge ripoff! $8 admission.
[Nathan Marks, 07/28/2020]The Wentworth Museum cost about $8, but that also got us into about eight different attractions around town.
