Atlanta, Illinois - Phillips 66 Cowboy
Unfortunately I don't have specific information regarding this recently installed Muffler Man. He looks great holding a rubber tire while wearing his white cowboy hat and white uniform shirt, both emblazoned with the Phillips 66 logo.

- American Giants Museum. I-55 exit 140. Drive west into town. At the stop sign turn right onto SW Arch St. You'll soon see the Hot Dog Muffler Man on the left, and a half-block beyond it, on the right, is the Phillips 66 Cowboy outside the American Giants Museum.
Springfield, Massachusetts - East Longmeadow Muffler Man
Plantation Man, as he is locally known, was painted in patriotic colors for the July 4th holiday. Based on my calculations he is about 24 feet tall, excluding the base. (The human at his feet is just shy of six feet tall.)

- On Saw Mill River Rd. just north of the exit ramp off of I-287 Exit 2. From the east, cross the Cross Tappan Zee Bridge, pay the toll, then immediately take the first exit (#9) onto US 119. At the bottom of the exit ramp, make a right at the light, then make a quick right at the gas stations onto White Plains Rd. Drive for a mile, pass the Eldorado Diner on the left. At the second light past the Eldorado, make a left, cross back under I-287 and the MM is on the left.
