Chimp Farm loses license to display animals
The Chimp Farm, Tarpon Springs, FL, is reported closed. The Farm failed an inspection by the USDA and lost its license on March 20th. While they still have the Florida Fish and Game license to possess the animals, they are no longer allowed to display them to the public. They are attempting to raise the estimated $10-15,000 per chimp dwelling through tax-deductible donations.
