Elvis-A-Rama, a new museum in Vegas
A new Elvis museum in Las Vegas opened on November 5. The 8,200 square foot Elvis-A-Rama Museum displays one of the King's gold lame suits, several automobiles including Elvis' 1955 black Cadillac limousine, his first boat from the early 60's, a variety of original stage-worn Las Vegas jumpsuits, and his 1959 full dress Army uniform with medals of honor. The press release also boasts of an 80-foot long Elvis-A-Rama mural that is the world's largest tribute to the entertainer of the century. Live performances by an Elvis impersonator are featured every hour. 3401 Industrial Road, one block west of the Las Vegas Strip.
