JFK Death film at the 6th Floor Museum

Bonanza for the 6th Floor Museum, Dallas TX: Abraham Zapruder's family has donated their last original duplicate of the 8 mm film of the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. The museum is in the old Texas Book Depository building, offering the original sniper's eye view of Dealy Plaza. The museum is rightly proud to take stewardship of this national treasure, and promise not to exploit it in any unseemly way. Please note that in 1999, they installed an automated web cam (up to 12 preset positions!) in the Lee Harvey Oswald window, drawing formal protests from Ted Kennedy and others . . .

Directions:
On the western edge of downtown. I-35 exit 428E onto Commerce St., drive east two blocks past the Cenotaph, then turn left onto Market St. Drive two blocks, then turn left onto Elm St. Drive two blocks, cross Houston St, and continue straight on Elm to the parking lot behind the former Texas School Book Depository. From there it's an easy walk to The Sixth Floor and Dealey Plaza.
