The world's first S&M B&B has opened in downtown Toronto, run by former bawdy house dominatrix, Terri-Jean Bedford. 14 theme rooms are available for couples or individuals.

An extra-large four-poster bondage bed costs a couple $250 a night, while entrance to the "adult baby nursery" starts at $60 a night.

"It's a niche market that hasn't been paid attention to," says the 41-year-old Bedford, who expects the hotel to become a tourist attraction. Bedford is active in the day-to-day operations of the Bed & Breakfast as both whip-wielding Madame De Sade and as Sissy Maid Academy headmistress, Millicent Farnsworth.
