Cancer Survivor Child missing from Plaza

According to local newspaper reports, a statue thief struck the Cancer Survivor Plaza in Tucson, AZ, nabbing the skipping child figure from the running family scene. Police are investigating why someone would hack off the bronze figure, estimated worth between $2-3,000, and leave alone the other parts of the sculpture.
