Half Way North - 45th Parallel Marker

The Half Way North Marker in Menominee, Michigan is barely acknowledged on US Highway 41, and there's no convenient place to pull off for a look. But this is one of a few spots graced with a monument along the estimated path of the 45th Parallel by Frank E. Noyes in 1938. There's another marker in Beaver, Wisconsin and Peshtigo, Wisconsin.
