Osama Bin Bigfoot (Gone)

Enroute to the ruins of a cursed pyramid in Indiana, we spotted a strange chainsaw carving along the Highway 37, outside the Bedford Antique Mall, Bedford. "Bigfoot!" shouted one of us. "Bin Laden!" howled another.

The lady at the Antique Mall said that it was carved by a roving chainsaw sculptor a few years before, who set up shop for one summer in the parking lot, then left town and never returned. She wasn't sure who or what it was supposed to represent.

So -- elusive creature? Or elusive terrorist?

The ladies in the Visitor's Center trailer next door thought it was actually supposed to be a bear.

July 2007: Gone to ground! Nathaniel reports "The Osama Bin Bigfoot statue is no longer there. The gentleman at the antique store said it had been sold and taken away about 3 or 4 months prior to my visit."

Directions:: South of town on the northbound side of Hwy 37/US 50. Maybe a mile south of the White River bridge and Hwy 37/US 50 spilt. Outside the Bedford Antique Mall.
Hours:: July 2007 - Reported gone.
