Alpine Village is where you'll find German-themed restaurants, butcher shops, and a wedding chapel. Oktoberfest celebrations have been conducted since 1967. It's really just a shopping plaza, but "The Little City from the Alps" deserves praise for existing where the elevation is sea level and it never snows.
