God and Country Inspirational Gardens

Field review by the editors.

Branson, Missouri

The purpose of the Gardens, according to its owners, is to beautify the east end of Branson's commercial strip. One highlight is a double set of large, black, Ten Commandments tablets. Tiny water nozzles, arrayed along each semi-circular top, provide a constant stream of drizzle across each "Thou Shalt Not" into a pool below. Also featured are what the owners claim is the largest American flag in Branson (30x60 feet) and an electronic billboard that cycles messages such as, "Tell the kids I love them. -God."
