Mermaids and Skull Cave.

Captain Hook's Adventure Golf

Field review by the editors.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

This mini-golf course has a Peter Pan theme, although it wisely does not call itself "Tinker Bell's" and instead emphasizes the pirate side of the story. We pulled off the highway when we saw the course's large, smoking Skull Rock cavern and its animatronic mermaids with wagging tails. The sixth hole is actually on Captain Hook's floating pirate ship; a nice touch.
