Bill Clinton billboard.

Welcome to Hot Springs/Dorky Bill Clinton Billboard

Field review by the editors.

Hot Springs, Arkansas

The west side of this gaudy and colorful bas-relief wooden billboard has a dough-faced portrait of the 42nd President, and makes an ideal photo-op for we-were-here snapshots. But the east side is even better, featuring a portrait of young William Jefferson Clinton (and his saxophone) wearing a dorky Hot Springs High School band uniform. Erected in 1994.
