Half 'n' Half has amazed tourists for over 90 years.
Half 'n' Half the Two-Headed Calf
St. Petersburg, Florida
The sign is brief: "TWO-HEADED CALF: Born in Safety Harbor, FL, and survived for six weeks."
The freak farm animal -- technically a two-headed, two-tailed, six-legged calf -- was born in 1925 and is mounted on a peeling green board. Its long-time home, the St. Petersburg Museum of History, held a contest to name the calf; the winner, announced on Nov. 3, 2017, was Half 'n' Half. Runners up included Topsy Turvy and Double Stuffed.
At the naming ceremony, Half 'n' Half was introduced to its new friend, a stuffed two-headed chicken that had been born in Tampa in 1930. According to the Tampa Bay Times the chicken belonged to a local man who "thought it was funny," but who donated it to the museum because his wife wanted it out of the house.
