World's Longest Car Wash

Officially recognized as the World's Longest in its opening ceremony on Nov. 16, 2017, by Guinness World Records. It takes five minutes to ride through the 255-foot-long automated tunnel o' suds, which features pulsing lights and garishly multicolored water and waxes (to entertain those who can't sit still for five minutes) as well as the world's most powerful blow driers.

Buc-ee's Car Wash.

The car wash had been slated to open in August 2017, but was shut down by Hurricane Harvey. Buc-ee's (the car wash owners) took advantage of the delay to give the facility its own generator. Travelers can now have their cars automatically washed even when the power goes out.
