Four Seasons Press Conference Site

Field review by the editors.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

It was here on November 7, 2020, that President Trump's legal team, led by his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, held their memorable "Four Seasons" press conference. Its purpose was to allege massive voter fraud in Pennsylvania in the 2020 presidential election. It became a joke when President Trump tweeted that the press conference would be held at Philadelphia's "Four Seasons," which everyone assumed was the city's luxury hotel. It turned out to be in the parking lot of Four Seasons Total Landscaping, across from the Delaware Valley Cremation Center, two doors down from the Fantasy Island pornography shop, and two blocks from the Riverside prison.

Two doors down: adult book store.

The excuses later given were 1) that President Trump had misunderstood (which was not reassuring) and 2) that the location was deliberately chosen as emblematic of a pro-Trump Pennsylvania neighborhood (which was also not reassuring).

Within 24 hours of the press conference, Four Seasons Total Landscaping began selling t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and face masks online with the slogans "Lawn and Order" and "Make America Rake Again." They all sold out in two days.
