Smiley Face Water Tower

West Branch, Michigan

West Branch is the "City with a Smile." A classic yellow Smiley water tower was promoted by local booster Ralph "Mr. Smiley" Steinhauser. The town maintains an old police prowler, painted yellow and decorated with the Smiley water tower, to promote safety.
