The "sail" of the nuclear submarine USS Hawkbill (SSN-666), known because of its number as the "Devil Boat" to tourists (but not to its former crew), juts up out of the ground in a roadside park.

On Hwy 20/26 in Arco, ID is the conning tower of the fast-attack nuclear submarine USS Hawkbill (SSN-666), aka "The Devil Boat." A local told me that "The Submarine In The Desert" was installed in July 2003 to show their support of the armed forces and because of the town's long association with the Navy and the nuclear fleet.
