[Russ Baker, 05/18/2005]Ballinger's inspired the creation of a larger cross in Groom, Texas. The Ballinger cross was built in 1993 by the Studer Family. It is illuminated at night, and is adjacent to a grotto of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
