The Colgate Clock can be seen along the Hudson River, next to the Goldman Sachs building.
[Dan Kaplan, 05/26/2014]This is not the world's largest clock. The world's largest clock is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

It's the Colgate Clock -- the World's Largest at 50 feet in diameter, glaring across the Hudson River towards Manhattan. The clock's minute hand is 23 feet long and weighs 2,200 pounds. The big clock underwent a complete restoration in the early 1990s. A second Colgate Clock, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is 40 feet in diameter. That was the original Colgate Clock, on a factory in Jersey City, but was shipped to Indiana when this larger timekeeper was installed.
The building in this photo was torn down in the early 2000-oughts, but the clock was preserved and now stands at ground level, which makes for an even more impressive sight.
