We visited the Bingham Canyon Mine in mid-July. The kids liked it better than the Grand Canyon, probably because of the explosions and heavy equipment. The security guard let us know, however, that we were among the last guests they would have at that spot, since the visitor center was going to be closed and moved. Hurry to see it, or call first.
