The Dinosaur Place

It's great for kids, but lame for adults.

The Dinosaur Place

The Dinosaur Place has a really great T. Rex statue out in front. When I went by, he was wearing shades and holding a Coke can that kind of ruined the effect, but I suppose that's his summer attire.

There are 25 other dinosaur statues along the park's trails, including one that I could see through the fence that was at least 30 feet tall. Unfortunately, I was on my way to a meeting and couldn't take the time to see the rest of them. There's also a maze, a water park, and a place for kids to dig for gems and fossils.

Dinosaur Place - T-Rex

The T-Rex is called Monty. The place is called Dinosaur Place. Lots of life-size dinosaurs are in the woods around a pond. A volcano goes off every hour in the pond. Also a small water play area and a dinosaur-themed playground. Ice cream shop and an indoor building has mining activities. My kids loved it.
