We have eaten here on previous trips. Katie's Kitchen is very good. The boy with his pigs and ice cream are well known in these parts to the locals. They still reference the ice cream shop.

This is a really cool item. However, the restaurant, Katie's Place, is delicious and absolutely worth the stop.

Perhaps the pigs are named Freeze and Frizz? The boy has a floppy hat and a fishing poll. He holds aloft a swirly ice cream cone in his right hand. His left arm cradles one of the pigs, who holds a hamburger. The other pig sits in the wheelbarrow that the boy is pushing, and holds aloft an ice cream sundae. It makes no sense, except that the Amish of Pennsylvania obviously think that cartoon pigs are funny -- you see them on signs everywhere.
