The walk-thru heart was interesting, and had signs along the route that explain what is happening to blood as it moves through. The sounds were an important part of the experience. To give some perspective, they stated that this heart was the correct size for a person the size of the Statue of Liberty.
The whole Franklin Institute was excellent. One of the best science museums I've ever been in.
