[Joseph Francis, 08/28/2013]Grafton Ghost Town
The ghost town of Grafton was settled in the 1860s and after numerous floods saw its last residents leave in the 1940s. Unlike most ghost towns, Grafton isn't a refurbished accessory to a gift shop or a small collection of rubble. There are several standing buildings and a gated cemetery, all kept in great condition thanks to the local Grafton Heritage Partnership Project.
