Ruby Falls

Just down Lookout Mtn. from Rock City, is Ruby Falls. It's a waterfall illuminated by multi-colored lights inside a cave. Although I have lived here all of my life I have never been, but everyone I talk to that has tells me its not much more than a trickle of water. However, there is some historical interest here: in the bottom of the cave, off limits to visitors, is a section of the cave that was supposedly used as a confederate hospital during the civil war and is rumored to contain some well preserved civil war artifacts.
