Earlier this year, Reiter Dairy's parent company, Dean Foods, shut down the dairy. However, Rosie the Cow remains perched on top of the building, gazing with quiet dignity into an uncertain future.

During local parades, "Rosie," the Reiter Dairy cow, is sometimes accompanied by her calf, "Rascal." Both are placed on wheels and pulled by Reiter Dairy delivery trucks.
