The grave is not hard to find -- just look for the big building.

The Cayce grave is in front of the Riverside Chapel Memorial (when looking at the red chapel it's in front -- to the right). The plaque is located in front of the cemetery office -- N Main Street and Metcalfe Lane.

The grave is on the south side of the chapel. Hard to find, but the sign is still there.
