The Taylor Prayer Chapel is still a nice, quiet stop.
[Stephen Francia, 06/03/2021]Taylor Prayer Chapel is mentioned in a novel titled, "All The Bright Places," by Jennifer Niven. Directions to find the chapel, a description of the place, and the dedication for its existence are clearly outlined in the novel. I found your page with its photos. It looks just as the author described it.

The Taylor Prayer Chapel was a bit hard to find. It is right near a Dollar General. There is also a little lake next to it that has this thick layer of green algae completely covering the entire thing. It's really strange looking (although I'm guessing the algae probably comes and goes).
