If you are heading east on US 50, out of Bridgeport, the road curves to the left. The giraffe is just beyond that, next to a property called Alfred Construction (white sign). The gent there was very nice, let me park in his lot and offered to take a pic of me with the giraffe, which I declined.
The problem is a tree has grown up, taller than the giraffe, and you can't see it coming from the west. If you turn around and head back towards Bridgeport, you can see the giraffe. I saw no home that it was attached to. It's just there, seemingly randomly placed. I have no idea what the green railing surrounding the giraffe is for. There's a small ditch between the construction company and the giraffe and it was swampy wet, so I didn't attempt to get any closer.

For years this lifesize giraffe has been alongside Rt. 50 in Bridgeport. The company right next to the giraffe uses it as its logo.
