Crab jump in Blanchester.

World's Largest Horseshoe Crab

At about 7:00 Saturday evening, Aug 30, Gene Sullivan flew over the World's Largest Horseshoe Crab, crashed through the wall of fire, avoided the spiky tail, and brought his motorcycle to a safe stop with room to spare (That tomb [of Christ] is a lot more that "a few feet" away.).

Both Gene, who turned 61 the day before the jump, and the much younger crab appeared unharmed.

World's Largest Horseshoe Crab

The World's Largest Horseshoe Crab now sits in the small town of Blanchester Ohio along State Route 28. The structure was originally constructed by Academy Award winning designers of Farren & Associates for the Baltimore Maritime Museum in Baltimore Maryland. It was then bought by the Creation Museum for a creation fossil display in Hebron, Kentucky. But, due to the size, the Creation Museum management donated the Crab to Freedom Worship Baptist Church in Blanchester.

The now completed Crab sets at the entrance to the town in a Biblical scripture garden. The Crab is also used as a pavilion and is capable of seating up to 60 people inside and even more outside. The basis behind "The World's Largest Horseshoe Crab" is that the fossils found of the horseshoe crab are the same as they appear in the waters today. In other words, the crab never evolved, so the Creation account must be true!
