Tree Trunk Virgin Mary

No candles, cards, offerings etc. Saw a few trees that might have been the one at 1550, but I'd call this one a "dud."

Tree Trunk Virgin Mary

Robot Greg tipped us off about a new image of Mary manifesting on the trunk of a small tree in front of Colorado apartment building. The apparition was first spotted by visitor Juanita Gonzales on Friday, April 28, 2006. Locals are congregating to add votive candles, flowers and cards around the image. To the skeptical, it looks like old damage or fuzzy knife cuts to the trunk bark. But to believers, the Virgin is as plain as day.
