There is a big metal gate and stone wall surrounding the compound. And the gate was open. You could see just inside the gate what look like a memorial. But there were several No Trespassing signs. So even though the gate was open we did not go in because it said you would be prosecuted.
[Amber, 06/25/2015]I went to the site today. As described here, the gate was open and the place looked inviting. I got out to take a photo of the memorial just inside the gate -- and had two huge, unfriendly dogs come after me. I never got any further than that first memorial before they (the dogs, not people) ran me off. So, heads up on that!

Actual address in the GPS led us right past it. It is on the right side with a large stone and metal gate.

The site of the 1993 massacre is still a "Branch" church site. Beautiful white masonry-walled iron gates (which were open) guard the entrance. There was a free brochure at the new church building with a map to guide me around the site. It was easy to find the locations identified on the map. Two church workers on site were willing to give directions, answer questions, and even raised some interesting points about the entire episode.
I arrived after five in the afternoon, but the site was still open and I felt welcomed being there and awed by the site. Smaller than I thought it would be. Many monuments on the site, including one for the Oklahoma City bombing, one for the ATF agents who died during the siege, and monuments for all the "Branch" victims. Well worth the visit.
