Avoid the "RV" parking spot by the swimming pool if you are towing. It's a trap! It is a tiny parking lot with no turnaround. It has about 5 back in spots. I had to unhook my toad on a slope to get out of there. Ugh! Just go up the road a little further and you may be able to park there. Also: the main entrance has an RV unfriendly 12 clearance. Actually less as it's a gully underpass that decreases the clearance on a long vehicle. I'm 11.5 and only had 2 clearance. Use Broadway and go past the hospital instead. Be safe.

The title "World's Largest Hot Springs" is definitely deceiving, as largest doesn't apply to the size, but to the amount of water that flushes through. But visitors can take a free dip in the heat regulated indoor/outdoor pools. Beautiful park and friendly staff.

Be sure to bring soap. Didn't know what to expect. These are mineral springs. They will furnish a towel, but not soap. smelled like sulphur the rest of the day.

The dinosaur is located at the entrance to Hot Springs State Park.
[Joe Boulter, 09/25/2011]Two parts, one a state park with large travertine terraces and picnic area. There is a free soaking pool ("state bath house"). There are also several commercial hot spring pools with waterslides. Lots of fun for children, but take water shoes, as the warm water and mineral deposits are like sandpaper on the soles of your feet.
